California Nut Pie

Serves: 6

   3 eggs
   1 1/3 cups agave
   1/8 teaspoon salt
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   1/2 cup butter
   1 1/4 cups chopped nuts
   1 unbaked pie crust, 9-inch

California Nut Pie is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.

Combine eggs with agave, salt, vanilla and butter. Stir in nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350°F 40 to 45 minutes. Top with agave sweetened whipped cream or soft vanilla ice cream, if desired.
